Reservation & Cancellation Policies
Deposit:
A one-night payment is required to confirm a reservation. For stays of three nights or more, a 50% payment is required. Balance is due 30 days prior to stay. We will send confirmation of your reservation upon receipt of your deposit.
Cancellations:
Because of our size, cancellations affect us significantly. Cancellations will be refunded only to the extent that we are able to re-rent the space with no loss to the Inn. Early departures and late arrivals are treated as partial cancellations. All refunds are subject to a 20% service fee.
Check-in / Check-out Times:
Check-in is between 5:00 and 8:00pm. We are happy to accommodate late check-in times, just give us a call. Early check-in can be arranged by calling 24 hours in advance. Checkout time is 11:00am.
POLICIES
Minimum Stay Requirements:
During our high season, over the holidays, and on some weekends throughout the year we have a two-night minimum stay requirement. If a one-night reservation is available between other reservations we are happy to accommodate a one-night stay.
Additional Person:
All rooms have Queen, King, or Twin size beds and are comfortable for up to two persons. A third person may be accommodated in some rooms for an additional charge of $25 per night.
Smoking:
Allowed in designated outside areas.
Pets:
We are happy to recommend a nearby kennel for boarding.
Televisions:
The Inn does not have televisions. The Inn has a large living room where guests can enjoy books, magazines, and games. High speed in-room wi-fi is provided at no charge.
